Logistics Manager – Data Centre – Sweden

We are currently partnering with a globally recognised construction consultancy with a proven track record in a variety of industries. They have a healthy pipeline of works for years to come and due to continued growth are now seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to join their team in Sweden on a Data Centre construction project.

Responsibilities

•   Logistics Planning
Develop and maintain a comprehensive logistics strategy that supports the overall construction schedule. Coordinate with the client, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely material deliveries and alignment with project milestones.
•   Site Operations
Oversee the movement, storage, and distribution of materials, equipment, and plant both on- and off-site. Ensure efficient use of laydown areas, manage site traffic, and maintain clear access routes in line with project sequencing
•   Delivery Coordination
Manage the scheduling and tracking of deliveries to site, working closely with suppliers and subcontractors. Monitor real-time delivery data, mitigate delays, and adjust plans to suit changing site conditions.
•   Stakeholder Interface
Act as the key logistics point of contact between the consultancy, client, main contractor, and supply chain partners. Proactively address access, timing, and resource issues to avoid disruption to the programme.
•   Compliance & HSE
Ensure all logistics operations comply with local Swedish regulations, customs requirements, and health & safety standards. Promote best practices and ensure security protocols are followed on-site at all times.

Requirements

Must have 6+ years’ experience in logistics management
Must have experience on Data Centre construction projects or similar large scale construction projects
Must have EU Passport or RTW
